Pilates Mat & Bone Strengthening Group Classes
Our Mat/Standing Pilates and Bone Strengthening classes are designed to help you stay strong, flexible and steady — whether you have osteoporosis, osteopenia, or simply want to maintain and protect your bone health. Blending Pilates, bone-strengthening moves, and balance-focused exercises, each class incorporates scientifically-based, impactful movements proven to benefit bone health, along with functional movement and applied anatomy. And, there is some pelvic floor rebalancing to boot. Classes are fun, educational, and suitable for all levels, leaving you feeling confident, capable and informed.
