Pilates Mat Group Classes

These Mat/Standing Pilates beginning/intermediate classes are taught with strength, alignment and flexibility in mind. Throughout each class, you are taught proper functional movement and mobility so your body can be maintained and injuries prevented. And now we have added bone strengthening and balance movements to the Thursday 7:45-8:45AM classes (see below).
